I used to go to this school; good times. Alot easier than doing GCSE's honestly! My niece and nephew are currently at this school: they tell me all about it; most of the time! It was a good school overall!

I LOVE SCHOOL

It is so lovely to see children leaving such positive comments about their school and headmaster! A much happier school since yesteryear, and hopefully, many more happy days to come for all the pupils and staff. It just goes to show that a few simple changes can make the world of difference! hi this is jake from st marys school it is brilliant at my school. My clubs that i go to is netball/football/cricket and another football club, my hobby is FOOTBALL! My favorite teacher is mr hughes, he is the best teacher in the whole world!

i would like to say a graet big thank u 2 mr collins he is fab all the changes he has made r really good dont u think.

i really enjoyed the biscuit week most of us made a profit and mrs Gibsons class spent the left over money on new books that a lot of children enjoy.

Mr Collins you are wicked! I am not at school today as I am feeling poorly so I have missed my x-mas dinner. I hope you all enjoyed it! The changes you have made have really made our school better. The things that I would like is for year 3/4 to be able to go swimming.

I watched the key stage 1 Christmas Performance on Friday 15th December and can I just say that it was the best one that I had seen at the school since my children started attending there 4 years ago. It was so much better to have it in the school and to have a choice of the 2 performances. Well done to all staff involved and well done to the children who put on a great show!!!!

I think that Mr.Collins has done a great job of changing this school,and hopefully my sister will come here in 2008 when she starts.We haven't decided whether she will go to meadowside or here,but I think she will enjoy it here a lot more.

Thanks for all the comments. We cannot put the newsletter on just yet. It's created using publisher and we're trying to find a way to make it accessible online. As soon as we can it will go on.

Christmas Fair
A Christms Fair will be held at St mary's C of E Primary School, High Street, Burton Latimer, from 3.30-6pm, on Friday 17th November. There will be a giant tombola and raffle with a £100 first prize, plus many other stalls and games. With face painting and Santa's Grotto for the children. Refreshment including a barbeque and cake stall will be available. Entrance is free and is through the main school gate in Latimer Close. For further information contact Emma on 07815 485 627

hi i go to st mary's primary school and im 9 years old and in yr5 i think there has been a lot of great changes in our school since mr.collins came here i especially enjoy swimming every week ( unfortunately its only for yr 5/6 )i am amember of the school council and i think its absoloutely teriffic going to this school and be able to do all the fun stuff we do!

What about putting the school news letter on the web site. The more information on the school we can get out the better. This is a really nice little website that reflects well on the school.

I think it's really great the schol now has a website. I only see my daughter at weekends and she doesn't always tell me what's going on at the school! now in addition to the newsletter I can also find out online......great!!!!!

I think it is a fantastic initiative to create a school website, as a busy working parent it is ideal to catch up on the school news - especially as not all correspondence reaches home! I shall visit the site regularly.

hiya i went to st.marys three years ago and am now in year 10 at latimer community arts college and i think its great that you now have a school website that the children and parents can find out more information about the school.
